Packing
Crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment, ornaments, coats, clothing, footwear, bedding, hygiene/cosmetics, mirrors, curtains, table-lamps, books, photographs, pictures, vases, jardinières, audio-visual equipment, children’s toys, indoor plants, house cleaning materials, tools, various drawers of accumulated clutter and all the paraphernalia from the attic/shed/garage must be safely and securely stowed into sturdy boxes for transportation.
Our staffed can pack all of your possessions in a safe and secure manner, using suitable packing materials with respect to the item being packed.
Packing can be undertaken on any day before the day of your move. This will usually be one or two days beforehand. If you are moving on a Monday we'll carry out the packing on the previous Saturday or Sunday if necessary.
As a guide, an average 2 bedroom house can use approx 40 - 50 medium size boxes [18” x 12” x 12” or 45mm x 30mm x 30mm] and take one member of our staff 4-5 hours to pack and move to a location in the property ready for easy pick-up.
